This illustrious estate is situated in Pessac-Leognan directly opposite Chateau Haut-Brion, however aside from their close proximity, no historic link exists between the two estates. Both are now owned by the American Dillon family, which since their ownership has produced remarkable improvement in both the vineyards and wine making facilities. Vineyards cover 21 hectares of chalk soils in the Northern part of the Graves commune, meticulously cared for and harvested, the resulting wines are perhaps not among the best known, but for those who do savour them consider them amongst the best in Bordeaux.
